Crocs Fam🐊🐊🐊. You must give yourself credit… you’ve got a beautiful body, I mean you birthed four kids and still look like that =🥰Gorgeous. If you feel that your body is a bit heavy, you can eliminate starch from your meals for 21 days… you’ll definitely see a difference. For E.g for breakfast make a smoothie with your favourite fruits and then add water(No yogurt, No milk), lunch- your meat with a green salad and a few cubes of grilled butternut, for dinner- a green salad with with some meat, eat before 8pm please. You can have an omelette with kale and tomatoes (No cheese). No juice, No fizzy drinks , No oats, No weetbix, No cornflakes, No porridge, No potatoes, No carrots, No mayonnaise, No salad dressings(make your own salad dressing with salt&pepper then add olive oil and fresh lemon juice and even some apple-cider vinegar), No bread(Flour), No rice, No Butter, No couscous, No dairy, NO SUGAR😂. You can buy zucchini wraps at checkers or check cauliflower wraps, maybe you want to have some boerewors with a wrap and a green salad. WATER ONLY! You will get headaches when you start due to your sweet tooth(sugar addiction), sugar is more addictive than cocaine. Your best friends during your Diet = WATER, butternut, onion, Kale, tomatoes, peppers, fresh lemons, avocados, humus, chickpeas, green salad(lettuce, mixed leaves, you can incorporate apple-cider vinegar in your salads), cucumbers, eggs, Quinoa, coarse salt and pepper(mixed herbs/cayenne/paprika), All fruits (green apples, NOT red) etc. Everything in moderation! You can even add some fruit in your green salad, if you want to. YOU’LL SEE YOUR BODY WILL SHAPE ITSELF= THE HOURGLASS that you love, because you’ll be tackling unwanted fat.
