I am emotional right now because I have a teenage daughter whom the father denied she knows about it I wish I could provide therapy for her and me but mostly for her this really breaks my heart because I feel like there's things that she's going through but she's unable to talk to me about and I thank god or whoever recommended KZbin videos to me because they help me you help me see the things that I wasn't able to your videos really help and I will always say thank you Amanda

You got this The reason I went to therapy was "realizing"...lockdown forced me to face myself... I was alone in the house with a 2 and half year old, work etc no help from family or friends At this point in time I'm ANGRY at my baby daddy ukuthi dude you did me wrong and I don't deserve this. I'm intentional with how I parent my daughter, I try my level best to meet her halfway.. She's only 5 but these little humans are smart.
