Quick tip. I buy the bags of onions and chop them up and freeze them. If you are using them for cooking I just put them in frozen and it works beautifully.

Let me give you a helpful hit for the onions, I take my veggie chopper, and chop the whole bag of onions , put them in a large zip lock bag , put then in the freezer then you have onions ready when you need them. They last a long time that way.

If you don’t use a whole bag of onions, I love using the pre diced frozen onions and just use what I need and stick it back in the freezer.

I really like the corn sea salt Good Thins as a tortilla chip replacement! You can get 38 for 120 calories! I am not sure about the carbs though. They are good and easy!

I put 2 large chicken breasts in my crockpot this morning with some taco seasoning and ranch seasoning, this afternoon, I added those little baby potatoes hole to the crockpot with my chicken It was a yummy supper for me, I only ate 1/2 a chicken breast and 4 potatoes
