Are killroy skull that bad as a reward ? I get arcade balls with it => gems so its kinda worth it ?

Its not worth it imo. The only good Kilroy reward is dungeon dice. Unless youve already maxed your dungeon rewards then sure go for balls or other rewards. And for the weekly boss I think your main priority is skill books and after that its golden watches. Skulls is a waste of currency.

Only on the early game its pretty useless until you get killroy prime in the rift its strong

TBH I always used them for refinery prints, even though it aint a lot. Once you get killroy Prime they get a lot better.
