16:20 I almost always go with Exp Evolutions on P3 Kerrigan. She does most of her damage though abilities making 30% attack speed not that important, and getting Blast 300 -> 390 and Grip 50 -> 65 barely ever makes a significant difference. Usually she still 1-shots most units without Ability Damage mastery, and she still usually needs 2 uses to kill stuff with that mastery. On the other hand Exp Evolutions mastery allows her to play fully into the extra money perk that P3 gets. With it she can get all of her upgrades, army upgrades and thus - army itself - a lot faster. While most Kerries barely have any army around 15min mark, she can have a sizable one already around 10-12min or so, stacked with upgrades and Omegas.
