i think what helped me the most in all aspects ie ( being the best version of yourself, finding the motive of all things in life, being content and at peace in all conditions of life) is praying 5 times timely. it is life changing. when i pray my fajr on time and read the quran it sets up my day so well. i feel the blessings of allah surrounding me and protecting me all thru out the day. the boost of dopamine from tht is insane. so if u were take my suggestion is as much as u fix ur salah , your life will be fixed. and trust me ive been to all phases in life but salah never failed me

Not going to lie and sugarcoat anything, but Helin your life looks hella depressing, lonely and confined. Don’t mean to sound pernicious or anything but you need family beside your husband. I would hate to be in your shoe despite living in Dubai. I prefer the cold, unpleasant UK, but with life of happiness around my family a stones throw away, my in laws, my husband too. Perfect balance.

I think I’ve been very open about my struggle with the move but I can’t live my life in my comfort zone. I’ve found happiness I’ve never felt before here alongside the sadness. I’m glad you can see that it’s not all rainbows and butterflies, I would rather keep it real than sell dreams. My life is hard just like everyones & we’re all trying to figure it out together 💕
