Those Yorkshire puddings are blinking lovely! I tried them out Christmas Day & was pleasantly surprised, plus bargain price of just 40p, so I bought another bag & having sausages, yorkshires & roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, Brussels sprouts for New Year's Day dinner tomorrow :)

There is such a thing as a disclosure clause , or so I have been told when selling a house, at least here in Canada. Not sure if it’s the same in England. Maybe ask your real state about that if you bought the house.

Hey, unless it's in your clause, you don't fix. If you do, they (landlord) reimburse you. Also. Your home contents premium will go up. Mine chased the other party. Try their insurance first as third party claim, if they will call them. Not a lawyer. Just had experience of this over different boroughs and private landlords. Try Lady. Great vid as always.
