Weekly grocery haul with a registered dietitian who focuses on eating balanced without restriction, our menu for the week:
Sunday: homemade smash burgers with fries
Monday: walking taco bowls
Tuesday: Greek meatball gyro/wraps with Naan
Wednesday: TBD (enchiladas probably)
Thursday: dinner at my parents house
Friday: we almost always eat out!
Breakfast: Greek yogurt parfait with fruit, Kodiak cake pancakes, eggs, turkey bacon, bagels (breakfast sandwich combinations)
Lunch: Mediterranean chopped salad, cottage. cheese toast
