Basically JYP is a cool and chill person. They asked Jinyoung why did he changed his name from Junior to Jinyoung and he said he wanted to use his own name. Also Bambam was telling how cool JYP is even when they teased Jinyoung and called him Park Jinyoung even when they stand next to each other in the JYP nation concert (just to tease jinyoung, asking him to dance well and all for their concert) JYP was a little mad he said to them "Hey just practice properly!!" but it was in a joking manner not like he was mad at all, heechul said he won't ever think he will do it with Lee Sooman. Basically just shows how cool JYP is as a person eventhough he is their producer and their boss he can still smile and they can joke round him. JYP can accept their joke openly like that

they were talking about jinyoung changing his name and he said it was because his family wanted him to use jinyoung instead of junior. bambam said that during JÝPN rehearsal, whenever Jinyiung and JYP stood next to each other, they would yell out, "Hey, Park Jinyoung, come here!" or "Hey Jinyiung, aren't you going to do it properly??" and Heechul said that he couldn't even imagine if a trainee with the same nameas LSM came to their company.
