By definition and law there could be only one CEO. This is administrative position, that is appointed by shareholders. The lads are not CEOs, but shareholders of their company. They probably hired someone to be a CEO for their company. Maybe the lad who was their original managed at Cube Entertainment in the old years. I have seen that he has also left Cube Entertainment and works with the lads.

There are two managers left CUBE and went with them to Around Us Ent. I know one is Kim Ji Yong, I don't know the other manager's name. I read somewhere that 7 people established Around Us together, 5 are Highlight members, 1 is Kim Ji Yong manager and I don't know if the last one is the other manager or someone else (because I don't know his name). In Life Bar, Yoseob said that 5 Highlight members are all CEOs. In a radio show during PDBS, Yoseob sent a message to his "director" (who I think that the other 2 of 7 shareholders of AUE) that "Why he is the CEO, but he got scolded by a director!" (He spoiled fans and got scolded :)). In "debut" showcase, Yoseob (again) spoiled fans and Dujun said "Stop it! You will be scolded" and he said, "Hey, I'm the CEO" and just told what he wanted. In the newest video in Official Highlight channel, there is a sentence in the description "We will be happy if the CEOs stop spoiling". If there is one highest CEO, that must be one of the 5 members, who I think is Dujun or Dongwoon, I guess K-Lights may know better than an inter-Light like me. And in the credit of Calling You (my first ever album), the Executive Director are Kim Ji Yong and Lee Jung Eun. Kim Ji Yong is also the Artist Management Director.
