90% of Hermes pub teams the best you can hope for is 4 stars either losing the Ruan HP, 3 BB or most often failing to kill MvR since you have to hold back to make sure to kill the final 3x DD push. It really takes a divved team that knows the Op like this to get 5 stars.

even with a full team, it's a 50/50 if we can get 5 stars due to MVR often hides in the back

Happy new year. This match was a good demonstration of well coordinated aggression. Just wondering, do you and your division mates discuss how to tackle an Operation beforehand or is it simply all routine by now where everybody simply knows what they need to do and what the others will do?

@clefsan we haven't needed to plan ahead and tackle operation since 4 man Narai runs were a thing. Back in the day 4 man ops were hard, but worth a lot of bxp so that was the way to farm them
