Frozen meal recommendations from Trader Joe's: 1: The gnocchi! So delicious. 2: The mandarin chicken (I either make it with rice and mixed vegies or pees OR just with green beans) 3: The frozen mac and cheese! This stuff is literally amazing! 4: The Gambino frozen pizzas (I like the pepperoni ones). 5: I haven't seen these at my local TJs recently, but the corn dogs they have are like DECADENT! 6: The Fiocchetti pasta! I make extra pasta because if you don't like boil down the sauce (which takes time) on the stovetop, it really is a lot of sauce for the portion they give you. It's delicious though! Kinda garlicky, just FYI, but I have IBS and shouldn't be eating garlic and I usually don't have a problem eating half of it (with the extra pasta) and spacing it out a day or two.

Yes to the coffee question. When I was working, I would do Starbucks a couple of times a week, but I think, I could get a book for the amount I spend. I prefer making my own and it's nothing fancy.

OK romance series. Have you read the Bergman Brothers series by Chloe Liese??? So amazing! Lots of representation of chronic illness and disability throughout. Slow burn perfection. I am also a person that is very "out of sight out of mind". And this is why so much of my food goes uneaten or goes bad before I can eat because the people in the house put things in the pantry (rudely) and don't leave it on the countertop like I tell them to so I know and think to eat that something I left on the countertop because i see it. Its simple y'all, leave it on the countertop and Ill eat it before it goes bad. Don't??? Ill never think about it again.
