what do you think of speeding up content? I've been watching most content in 2x-2.8x speed, it doesn't feel like I lose any important information.

I encountered the same question myself too. As a quick answer, I believe that speeding up content is a great idea, although you have to be strategic about it. I won't go into the depths of this, but I'll rather surface the key points. Sped-up content helps you save time, and consume more. Unfortunately, it also can cause stress on your brain, since the lack of time to analyze, would also decrease your full understanding. I've noticed that this was the case when I was listening to sped-up podcasts compared to listening to my university lectures. Yes, you do "understand" what is being said in both cases, but only in the lecture form (slow form) do you have the ability to fully analyze what is being said, to activate your critical thinking. Another negative is that you could miss meaningful pauses, pronunciations, emotions, and articulations, which might give extra meaning to some words/sentences. And even if you do think that you understand all of the sped-up content, there still very might be some parts that your brain isn't able to dig deep in order to decode the message/words that are being sent. It is also important to differentiate the 2 cases of content: entertainment and value. For the entertainment one (which can never be very positive), speeding it up will lead you to a higher consumption of it, but leaving it at x1 will help you enjoy this experience to the fullest. As for the value one, it is better to only speed it up if you already have some sort of prior knowledge on it. If it's something entirely new, that's where speeding up will lose its efficiency. Personally, after plenty of reflections and research, I've come to this conclusion: generally speeding up valuable content could be an excellent idea if you take your time to pause/replay the parts that you don't fully get, and take notes or apply that new knowledge. But when it comes to entertainment content, I'm not sure what is the better choice, I think it can never be a healthy thing for you, and therefore it doesn't matter that much.
