Betty here in Canada, Fruit, Veg, Beef are expensive. Chicken, Turkey and Pork are cheaper in comparison Coz I like Smoothies I buy lots of berries especially blueberries when in season and I freeze them. Frozen berries can go well with your kids porridge/cereal.

Yes you can. It’s possible. Sometimes it can be tricky if you deliver to apartments and remember you can’t leave kids in the car. So that becomes a headache and kids become tired after second trip anyways.
