Not gonna lie lightning could have been a bit better but other wise A++.I been eyeing a few ND palettes myself for years now. I have a couple of her palettes already and swap the shades between them all the time ( the trick is to write the number of the shade on the back so you could put it back later). As a fellow neurospicy person love seeing you being so productive and inspiring this week.❤

You should get yourself a pop socket wallet. It attaches to back of your phone and can hold 4 cards!! Glad someone brought back though 😅

hii, at 11:53 it seems like you hold your breath during the exercise. I am not a professional but from my own experience and my trainer says that you have the most strength when you blow out the air. So come back to the neutral position when you breath in, and do the exercise when you breath out. Lots of love from me, xx
