Hi Emma! I teared up during the grandma part because neither my grandma or my grandpas got to see me turn 20 (im 22 now) as they all died in my teen years. I’ve been going through the same thing with the gym. I didn’t go, other than a few times, for about three months. I had so much fear with walking back into it. Everyone’s exercise goals and expectations of themselves are different, but during that time I simply learned that the priorities I have for my body have changed. I didn’t have a toxic relationship with the gym, but the way my mind developed fear with it and myself as I stepped away made me realize I needed to focus on that mindset separate from the gym. Taking care of my health from the inside out, which I thought I was doing the whole time hah! I know your goals have been very muscle focused, which was mine as well, so you may just have to throw yourself back into it but I wanted to share what I’ve been experiencing lately sense it’s so similar!

Im sending you the biggest of hugs. I lost my grandad when I was 16 and I feel the same every time I see someone talk about their grandad. I’ve felt like disconnected from my body too while I’ve not been able to work out after an operation so I can totally relate to that. I’ve got back on it today and done my first workout and I feel so much better for it. Sending you the biggest of hugs ❤

Enjoy your trip to America! I wish I could see you, but I doubt you're coming to Northern California this trip. A few shop suggestions in case you haven't already thought of them. Skinny bookshelves from ikea or something for your t-shirts. You can have a cubby for each size. Or. I don't know if you've seen them, but they have things that hang from a closet/rail rod that has cubbies. Those could be moved around. Also, maybe a chalkboard or large dry erase board on the wall to help you schedule your day/tasks. You like to see it and what better way than written on the wall. You can even schedule time to fill it out, just like your 10 minute tidy. Anyway! Lots of love!

Im so sorry about your Grandma. It was my Nan’s anniversary this past Friday, she died a week before my 30th birthday. Also, I just want to congratulate u on your new business and btw I would love for my eyelashes to look like yours. I’d never need false eyelashes again! They are beautiful xx
