Heat the acetone up to take acrylics off!! I used to try and get them off how you did and I ended up ripping bits of my actual nails off. Now I use two bowls: put a little bowl inside of a big bowl. Fill the bigger bowl with boiling water up to the edge of the little bowl. Then fill the little bowl with acetone. I literally put my nails in there for 5 minutes, scrape, another five minutes, scrape and they come off!! (still file the top layer off first) Not sure a nail tech would reccomend but it works for me!!

I would definitely fold the jumpers and knitwear as hanging them ruins them quite a bit.... then you can have the sweatshirt in the wardrobe :)

Nail advice (also not an expert but worked for me). Boil some water and put it in a bowl and then place another bowl over the top with acetone inside, then leave your nails in the acetone for a while. This should get them off, but be careful not to overheat/burn

Bowl of acetone in a bowl and of warm water underneath , should melt them off quicker. Will dry your skin so moisturiser lots afterwards! Plus can sit with both hands in!

gurl pick up another camera battery from amazon! you can get cheaper ones that aren’t from the actual brand but are compatible. i charge whatever one i’m not using so i’m never caught out!

Emma soaking your nails really is the key to removal, if you soak them long enough it will come off so easily. You need to make sure your cotton pads have a good amount of acetone on them, then seal them on your finger tips for 20 minutes at least for super easy removal, 30 mins if your nails have been done extra thick.
