Can I just say in regards to DITD, I love the format you’ve chosen, I love that it’s casual and not so ‘produced’, sometimes more produced shows really irk me and I find them really cringey. With DITD I feel like I’m immersed in a convo with my mates. Sometimes murder podcasts feel way too serious and depressing so I enjoy that you keep it light ☺️

I had my septum piercing for the 3rd time this year! And it's healed 100% better than all the other times. Not gonna lie though, when the guy did it I legit grabbed his hand because it hurt so much haha! Got some really lovely septum jewellery from Ali express. Got some opal ones!

It’s really strange how some people have had the rona and some dodge it every time ! I had it - live in the same house as my sister and she still never got it. She even works in a school and has been around so many positive cases but nope never has caught it !

Oh Helen don't jinx yourself, I kept dodging covid and I'm just about recovering from getting it!! I tested positive 5 days after my partner who tested positive 5 days after a night out 🤣 very glad I was vaccinated because even still I felt like shit for a week so wouldn't have fancied getting it without the aul "microchip"!! But hopefully you continue to dodge it!! Garden is looking faaaaaab... your interior and exterior decorating always inspires me 😍

Lovely vlog, Helen! I'm just recovering from Covid after avoiding it for 2 years. Our family came to visit and caught it off us (oops) and it was the first time 8 of us have ever caught it. It wasn't too bad but I'm still testing positive (day 9 now)! Hope you manage to keep avoiding it 💕

How painful was the septum piercing to get?

Shouldn't be painful at all. The needle goes though a "sweet spot" which is a small section of paper thin skin at the tip of your nose next to the cartilage, you can feel it if you stick your fingers in your nose and wiggle the tip. If the piercing hurts , then it was probably done incorrectly and the needle went through the cartilage. I barely felt anything when I got mine done but your eyes might water a bit.
