As someone who is older than you even tho it's hard sometimes you got to learn how to say NO! Just because you say no that doesn't make you a bad person. Take your breaks and make schedules that work for YOU! At the end if you get sick for overworking not one of those clients or people are going to care they will move on to the next.

Sis make sure you take your breaks please. You and your hands need a break cause Ik braiding is a workout especially when us girls have a lot of hairrr👀..me for example ik your hands getting tired I get tired doing my hair 😆. But I understand cause I be overthink things too but we gotta take care of ourselves before we worry about others. I’m still learning that myself .we are not built like the robot from the jetsons😭

Yes it’s good to take breaks you can’t always be there for everyone. Give your body time yo relax give your mind and hands a break. And also treat your self once a month cuz you work hard you deserve it fav 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 also love your hair soooooo cute 😍😍😍😍
