Thank you for enlightening a lot of things on E filling but I have an ask I work shifts and when I’m off I work overtime where we claim travelling because it’s not our shift. Do I have to keep record of those travelling kilos and submit to SARS coz we are given a logsheet but I’ve never submitted and I’m always owing SARS Secondly do I only submit the retirement annuity certificate if I have a personal one or also the one an employee have for me ?

Do you have the travelling allowances as part of the contract? That is a determining factor whether you can claim or not. For your one, it looks like it’s a expense claim which the employer pays you for those mileages . Doesn’t it? All forms of retirements are submitted by 3rd parties to SARS. This will automatically reflect on your IRP5
