Making friends is not easy and getting the same energy from people is also not easy When putting yourself out there, try to match yourself up with people who are like you - that’s important. Find some sort of commonality and that should be a good starting point I’ve made a lot of friends at work (everywhere I’ve worked, I made friends who are still my friends even now) so don’t write off making friends at work as well
