I love spicy food,yoh but with my stomach ulcers your food would kill me

🤣😂 it’s not hot at all babe my husband has ulcers and it doesn’t kill him , it come with a lot of experience because the same technique I’m using now is the exact one that I was using when I was still staying with my in-laws and they are very old, they used to look at my food and think it’s too spicy Kanti no😅 think the trick is in the tomato paste, the amount of water you add and how long you boil or cook the food for to ensure that all the spices have dissolve and blended together properly.
