Honestly you guys have so much land so I’ve heard in the Walsh world podcast, you should just get married there on the land and set it up so cute. U can get a caterer of your fav foods and play games or party and dance on a temporary dance floor out back. It’s such a special place, your first home, first and hopefully forever marriage, probably your favorite place to be tbh. what better way to utilize the land…u can spend more money going on some dream vacation like Japan or somewhere super cool you’ve always wanted to see. Home wedding, twilight vibessss🤩

Claudia! I’m a certified diamondoligist and I sell fine jewelry. I PROMISE you, taking your ring off when you sleep/shower/clean/skin care will make the longevity of your ring last (without needing prong work) . Before I worked as one I NEVER took my jewelry off and now I literally can’t imagine not taking it off. I promise you the most wear on our rings are in our sleep, it will act as a corset around your finger, causing swelling. (That’s why people have to cut off rings, because they never took them off) I know this is unsolicited advice, but Ily 💗

I am from europe and I just cant comprehend how americans heat up all their food inside its plastic packets. Here our plastic water bottles say „dont let it sit in direct sunlight“. Im not 100% sure but doesnt plastic give of toxic particles that can cause cancer when heated!? We put our food on ceramic plated first and then heat it..

Hey Claudia! Former barista here. Quick tip regarding that weighted tamper. It’s actually just a good tool to spread the grounds evenly, you still need to tamp it with your weight with a tamper which the one that comes with the breville works great. That’s why you’re not getting the right pressure gauge and coffee is bitter.

girl, how to prepare espresso correctly through a coffee machine (coming from an ex-barista): 1. the tampering should be done on the side of table (not in mid air, while expecting that heavy tamper tool will do the job), usually no more than 20g of coffee should be placed in the portafilter (yet it could vary depending on what coffee you use, from 18 to 23g) and the coffee should be pressed firmly, but not too firmly, on the internet usually there is a guide on how many pounds of power you need to use to press down the coffee; 2. before placing the portafilter in the coffee machine, you should quickly run the water through the coffee machine to warm up the coffee machine; 3. when inserting the portafilter, the coffee start button should be pressed immediately, rather than placing the cup, waiting a few seconds and then switching coffee machine on. that way you should at least get a decent espresso and usually if quality coffee beans are prepared correctly, you shouldn't need to sweeten it with sugar hope that helps! love watching the vlogs

@@nataliehinds5797 I'm not sure about this, but when making coffee in the coffee shop, we would prepare a glass with ice and the milk of customers choice, and pour the espresso as soon as it was ready. Some coffee shops keep unused double espressos or espressos left over from making cappuccinos and pour them into the milk+ice after espresso has cooled down. I've never noticed too much difference between a freshly brewed espresso and one that's been sitting for a while, but it's usually due to the right calibration of the machines. Most of the time, the grind, the number of grams of coffee, the tampering, the temperature of the water are the main influences on the espresso taste.

If I can give espresso advice, you should grab a scale! 18 grams of beans and stop the pour at 36 grams, guaranteed good coffee :) If it doesn't pour in 25-35 seconds, adjust the grind!
