I think listening to your body is key during pregnancy. Working out is very good for mom and baby health and with recovery. I ran throughout all my pregnancies (while pushing single or double stroller depending on which pregnancy) as well strength training. It is all personal and what feels right!! It is very exciting and an extremely memorable time in your life. ☺️

Love the baby updates! I'm 32 weeks and did my glucose testa couple months ago. I only had to do the one hour test, and it wasn't bad for me at all. I didn't get a choice with flavors, mine tasted like SunnyD 😂 One thing I didn't realize is you only get 5 minutes to drink the whole thing, but since I didn't mind the taste it wasn't bad. Hope yours goes well!!

Thanks for another vlog!! I’ve got my glucose test on the 30th, and I’m SO nervous. I’ve had bad morning sickness all 24 weeks of my pregnancy, so I really don’t want to drink something that’ll make me feel even worse!

The only time I ran during my pregnancy was the last week because I was desperate to induce labor. I was 39 weeks running around the backyard playing soccer with myself 😅😅 I went into labor the next day so I like to think it worked. Take care of yourself. Trust yourself. You're doing great ❤
