I literally started getting headaches two weeks ago. Turns out, it was all that Simply Lemonade that I was drinking. That thing is loaded with sugar, toss it out and make you some healthy green juice! 💚

oh no, Lex! headaches are the worst 😞 I'm glad you were able to isolate the cause so quickly! 🙌🏾 (green juice is a top tier replacement!) my headaches & migraines predate the simply line if you can even believe it. Even as a mostly water girl I usually end up watering down sweet drinks bc like you mentioned they're loaded with sugar and I will be tweaking 🤣 the sugar rush as an adult is crazy business.
