Hi Sonal. For psoriasis on the head try to spray your head and hair with aloe and rosemary water or aloe and thyme water in a spray bottle. You can make it at home. Psoriasis is caused because of stress and bad sleep but you can co-op with it. Also aloe pure juice will help you really in almost everything. Hope you will see my message. Have a blessed day

Vegetables have biotin which is good for hairfalling. I'm not sure if it helps really with alopecia but at least it may improve the problem. Or you can get biotin in capsules if it's severe. It's a supplement and it's better than other solutions very invasive.

This is weird but it worked for my husband instead of steroids creams on very bad eczema. Mix apple cider vinegar with a few drops of dawn dish soap and warm water. You can look it up and this also worked on poison ivy. It got rid of the itch and healed him. When he stopped eating bread it didn’t come back. Things like that are usually the body telling us we are doing something wrong. Worth a try.
