Staring at your laptop or phone for hours can cause dark circles as well that’s why you should always wear blue glasses to help with that and also washing your face with hot water as well can cause the dark circles under your eyes also. Hope this was helpful.❤❤❤❤❤ a the changing of your diet to. FYI, I was dealing with the same issue with the dark circles under my eyes so I did a little research.
