I just remember watching one of your videos I believe in 2020 and you were like “I need a change”, you needed a to make a change, you were in a rough spot at that moment (not to bring that up). I permed my hair myself and it wà down hill from then. It looked healthy and beautiful but it started shedding. Don't really think it was the perm but my hair was never the same. Went from from shoulder length hair to a big chop. Funny enough it's a regular pattern every time I perm my hair I end up in this situation. Octavia have you ever tried natural short cut? I think you could rock it. That's what I am wearing right now and I love it.

I’ve been kind of down about my Instagram and trying to keep up being consistent with it when I wasn’t okay, but I want to keep my page positive and inspire other people to wear the fashion they want-and despite there being few posts those posts were made with good feelings and when I was doing great, and not just trying to beat the algorithm and stressing myself out. I went through the same thing with my hair. Sew in, natural, wigs, breakage, broke off, big chop, and do it all over again for years 🤦🏾‍♀️ I finally committed to no relaxer and stayed in small knotless braids for a year and thank got it grew to a decent length. Now I’m back to sew ins with a leave out and a silk press sometimes. I had to get the right products for my hair and give it a deep condition and treatment with every wash. The blow dryer and flat iron you use is very important. To help ware off heat damage and regular trims. Happy Hair growth.
