However, it is time for you to make time for yourself…..travel, meet new entrepreneurs, go to business events, sign up for yoga class, do some meditation…..enroll in an on-line course for something of your interest. You can not pour from an empty cup…..you have make sure that you’re mentally & emotionally fulfilled. Plus, that is a great example to show your girls, so that when they become young women, they know how to nurture themselves. I talk about these things on my KZbin channel because as women, we tend to put ourselves last for everything. Good luck on your journey Chrissy & always make time at least once a month, to do something you’ve never done or go somewhere that you’ve never been. You will learn a lot about yourself on a much deeper level, which will strengthen your relationship with God & the people around you ❤
