I love watching Monet because of how genuinely grateful she is about these things happening in her life and how she continues to be humble even through all the success she’s achieved. I started going to the gym a year ago(consistently )for the first time in my life, and NOW, after a whole year is when I’m starting to see a little bit of progress, and I’m not even where I want to be, Something that helps stay consistent is thinking about exercising as a lifetime habit, like brushing your teeth, and now it is so natural for me to go, and I don’t feel myself when I don’t go Hope that helps ❤️🙏🏼
