I know this might be infuriating to hear as a single person who obviously wants to find their partner but I've literally never lived alone and although I wouldn't change how my life went in a way I wish I could have experienced living on my own as I think that would have done me a lot of good! I guess what I'm trying to say is try to enjoy it in the moment for what it is, I know I would really struggle to live alone and I'm much older than you are so make sure you give yourself the credit you deserve! You're smashing it x - Also I've been in a rut too and this was just what I needed! thanks x

protein powder and orange juice is SO underrated!!! vanilla protein definitely makes a Creamsicle...especially if you blend it with some ice! 🤤 I'm also a big fan of banana protein with my OJ, but I blend that with a banana, frozen raspberries and spinach. it's such a bright flavor and it brings me such joy! 😊🥰

You should try the 35 hr sourdough bread at the bakery from Woolworths. It’s so good. It’s not cut but if someone is in the bakery they will cut it for you. The ice cream you are trying to describe with your orange juice and protein that tastes like an ice cream is a Splice

You have a Woolworths?😲 There was one near my house where I grew up in Tennessee. Wasn't groceries. More like a dollar store. I remember going in it when I was maybe 5 with my Mom. Had a particular smell. Not unpleasant. But sorta like plastic. Also it had one of those mechanical horses you can ride for a quarter. I think. I never got to. Mom said NO! 😂🤣

Woolworths is one of our biggest supermarket chains here in Australia. I don’t think it’s the same company as the one in America and I think there’s Woolworths in South Africa that’s different as well

'No phone day - I could do it easily if i was out of the house (because i am that one person that doesn't touch their phone while at a restaurant/doctor's waiting room etc.. unless i am showing someone something or taking a photo) AND when i am home, i would use my laptop for everything (I KNOW that isn't the point of have a no phone day 😆).. But KZbin, Google, Messenger, Insta, Spotify, Emails, Tik Tok... Everything is on my laptop soooo i would have to take that away too and i would end up watching tv/netflix, reading, cleaning and eating.. I will be forever grateful for WiFi. 💖 Sooooo for me, my phone isn't the problem.... WIFI is the problem.
