Glad you're back! Noticed you mentioned PMS and cramps a few times. I had really bad cramps for years and at my big old age I just figured out that Vitamin E and Fenugreek are a great relief it takes a couple months to get in your system and start working but changed my life. I use to have to take days off work miss school etc because my cramps were so bad now they're really mild or I don't get them at all.

If you’re still dealing with gnats buy cinnamon sticks and put them around your fruit or what you can do is add cinnamon powder, water, rubbing alcohol and some dawn dish soap and spray it around the house I swear it works. It can be used for mosquitoes,gnats and spiders etc
