Girl I’m a mother to 2 my son is 4 and my daughrer 5 months gonna be 6 month on the 11th trust me in the beginning it was so hard I looked rough all the time unless I have to go on to doctor appointments it’s not easy the first few weeks even if it’s your 2nd or 3rd child but I’m bless with both of them ❤️💙

Jaylyn how often do you pump? I am starting to dry up and I am 6 weeks post partum. I am only pumping about 1-2 oz as opposed to 4-5 oz. I started pumping every 1-2 hours for 30 minutes to try and bring up my stash. Your milk stash is amazing for being 2 weeks post partum💖

Love your transparency! Another easy way to get the air out the breast milk bag is to slide the bag in the edge of the counter from the top of the milk then close it. All the air will be released, I learned this trick and my bags have no bubbles. Also the Haakaa is amazing you just attach it on the opposite boob while she feeds on the other one. I have a 3 month old she is baby #2 for me also. I haven't pulled out my electric pump yet and have been able to freeze a huge stash from the haakaa. Just some useful tips mama, its a hard job especially managing more than one child. My 1st is 4yrs old. You look amazing 💜

Omfg thank u so much for these tips!! I’m so sad idk why the haaka trick doesn’t work for me!!! I’ve built my stash by feeding on demand and pumping! I’ve collected like 1 oz from the hakka but when I pump I’ll get 4-6 OZ.
