So glad you posted I've been stalking your page. Just fyi make sure your up on your iron I'm also anemic and it's one of my signs when I'm really low on iron. Out of breath, fatigue, bruises, anxiety, heart palpitations, thinning slow growing hair, and heavy menstruals are just some of my symptoms.

Us Louisianans didn’t take hurricanes seriously until Katrina; I was in school 80 miles away from New Orleans and we decided at the last minute to go to my roommate’s hometown in North Louisiana. We initially heard everything was fine then we heard the levees broke and it was utter devastation. Some of our classmates had 10 or more family members staying with them in their one or two bedroom apartments. August 29th hits different since then

Hope your parents are ok. We got our power back Sunday but there are a lot of people who are still without. Our internet is still out. Please go get flashlights, batteries, a good phone battery charger and battery operated fan or one that charges with the phone battery charger. Hey Girl Hey, love your vids. I watch every week… as far as the shortness of breath look into upping the vitamin D (consult with your doctor of course) and for the bloating I had this exact issue but realized later in my early adulthood that I developed certain food allergies. My stomach was often inflamed and felt like I can slow release gas if I popped it with a pin. What caused this to go down significantly and reduce inflammation, however, was cutting red meats like pork and beef, dairy and soy out of my diet. The inflammation stopped. This took me years to do consistently but if you can reduce it give it a try, especially after fasting, to see how your body responds.

Jess! I have hypothyroidism, and Hashimoto’s. Struggled with my weight a LOT especially after my first child (i gained 80lbs and think my pregnancy exacerbated the issue.
