Hi! It’s Cindy from the group. This reminded me that I need to start using my ninja, Vita mix, juicer…something again to be a little healthier. Lol!!! I like the concept of your weekly vlog. At some point I need to add this. Hack I just need to get consistent. My personal/family channel is my second channel and my professional one takes more of my time. Although I really want to work more on this one😭. Decisions, decisions!!

Omg hey, thanks for watching! Ya my daughter and I love smoothies in the summer time. I started weekly vlogging about a year ago and I like it because it allows me time to edit throughout the week and not always show the same stuff.
