Love the vlog! 💫I cannot multitask to save my life. Some things that help me when I feel scattered and have a lot to do are: 1) Having a routine I wake up and move my body, either I go for a walk or participate in an indoor workout, I feel accomplished before the rest of my day. Also helps to start the day calmly. 2) Writing all the tasks I have to do for the day, not on the phone because I've realised that when it's digital I tend to forget or not follow up as often or I'll get distracted with the internet. I have a notebook for things like this that helps. I list my tasks with time-sensitive tasks first with the time I want them done next to it, setting alarms if possible and then I don't move on to the next task unless the task I was doing is done or has been completed to the point where I can't continue. I've realised that physically crossing off the tasks also encourages me to move. Hope this helps. 🙂
