Love your vlogs😊💜 My tips for kas glutbridges (which i have been loving!) are to move the weight slowly as its all about control and you dont want to be using momentum, practice that with an easy weight first and stop as soon as your knees start moving toward your body.

I also have pain in my hip when training lower body, a lot of girls have it. Its most likely a misalignment of your hip and it can geht worse with really high weight. What i so i stretch a looooot.
