LOVE your vlogs and authenticity and that you share it all ;-) I agree, Spinning is the absolute BEST, so much fun, great music and fab cardio workout without the stress and impact on your joints. Even now at my goal weight and size, I never run, I will do incline HIIT walks, resistance training, swimming and Zumba, but not running, it just doesn't feel good on the body and joints. Anyways, love you your vlogs Namhla, keep up the good work gurrrrl ;-) xxx P.s. I got a seat cover for my Spinning classes and it was SO much better!! Definitely a gd little investment xxxx
