Hey girl hey. I was told to add like a citrus or mint, cucumbers etc to your water because it helps the body absorb it better & you’ll have to tinkle less rather than drinking it & it coming right back out.

Also I learned from a Phlebotomist to sip and not gulp because it absorbs in the body better. Most people think gulping down a ton of water at one time is good but it's counterproductive because your body can't absorb it all that quickly and that's why it goes straight to your bladder 😊
