Heyyy this vlog made me so emotional, it made me realize that not everything is good as it looks. I'm a grade 12 student in the Eastern Cape who spent almost they whole life in Johannesburg. I arrived this side in 2019 and even today I'm still adjusting, life on it's own is hard. Sometimes i feel like I'm exaggerating because i left because i was in a toxic environment but here I'm just trynna fight. Hi Thati, I honestly think you can pull off 2 sessions for 22 people at both places. People love you, you’re so authentic and relatable. I propose you organise two celebrations one in Johannesburg and another in Welkom for 22 guests each. You’ve hosted events in Welkom before and they went pretty well. Planning two events is a lot of admin but you’ll be able to cover both bases, book a restaurant, have a set menu that maybe averages at R250 including a soft drink or glass of mimosa, if anyone wants to add they can add and order something else, and that bar will be cash, so your guests pay in advance for the celebration and in that way you don’t have a bill at the end. You’ll be surprised just how many people will be will to pay for their own meal just to spend time with you.
