Love ur content and ur transparency. ❤️Hormonal acne is the pits. But I have found a way to treat and deal with it. Not just topical but also internally. I take specific supplements every morning, mint green tea is part of my breakfast. Washing my pillow covers regularly, making sure the skin treatments I use have sylicyic acid, aha, niacinimide, glycolic acid, retinol. All these after I did my research have helped me a lot. Sadly not evey one can afford going to a dermatologist. Most cases I have found the products they recommend are items that contain these ingredients I have mentioned, there's is just more expensive. I'm binge watching all ur videos, love it. 😘
