So true, thought I was overthinking. The symptoms you're experiencing, I had it too last week. And I had to release it. It's like toxic in your body. Also I have been staying strong for everyone, and last week after my birthday I just broke down in tears, and after wards I felt better. My suggestion, break if you must. God have to break us in order to mold us. He is the Potter we are His clay. In order for us to heal we must start from the breaking point. Let it all out. Accept, then start healing. Blessings
