Hey sweet friend. Hope you're doing well this lovely Monday and had a wonderful Easter. I ask y'all to please continue to pray for me. I had my doctor's appointment last week for the CT scan. I was told that I have a tumor on my left temperal lobe, they didn't tell me the size, they just said that they caught it early enough that they are going to try medication first which is some kind of steroid that starts now (I have the medication) and have an appointment with a Neurosurgeon in June. We are praying and believing that when I go in June, the tumor won't be there. Thank you in advance. God Bless.

Girl as I’ve gotten older, and I mean 62, I take the shortcuts like frozen, diced sweet potatoes, I m mean it’s the same thing why not! Also I love the frozen meatballs, one recipe I made up with the Italian ones I putting them on a Dutch oven with a tablespoon of olive oil let them cook a few minutes the put in a bag of frozen veggies of your choice, let them cook a bit then add a little flour, cook the taste out of it and then add about 32 oz of beef broth and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, I sometimes add baby spinach too anyway it makes a great soup. You know season as you want. Big dump and go for us and it is one of my family’s favorites. You can even do something like it using those turkey sausages. Sorry for such a long comment. @@SouthernMamaDrama I have also done this with frozen fajita meat and frozen fajita veggies but didn’t add broth. Buy some tortillas and once you have cooked the meat and veggies, drain any liquid put the salsa, taco sauce or guacamole anything you like in fajitas and boom in less than 30 minutes you got dinner. My hubby thinks I’m slaving making all this stuff. 🤣
