Shaggy made his voice like that. He doesn't really sound like that when he talks and has no Jamaican accent. Although he was born in Jamaica he moved to NYC at 18. He said he created that tone of voice from mocking drill instructors Sean Kingston was born in Florida😂 He is of Jamaican descent though. He moved with his family to Jamaica briefly but returned back to the U.S. Sean Paul and Bob Marley are the ones you mentioned that have a real Jamaican accent. Kevin Lyttle is from St. Vincent
