I'm going to recommend mostly her live acoustic piano performances. any of these are excellent! Paparazzi Live Acoustic (from 2009 at Capital FM) Taratata (French TV 2009 Eh Eh, Ragtime, Poker Face) Marry The Night - Live At Alan Carr Chatty Man Edge of Glory on Howard Stern You've got a friend(Carole King Tribute) And just for fun, you don't need to react to it on video if you don't want to but my favorite piano + singing performance that she did is actually at NYU before she became famous. It's called Vintage Lady Gaga Live at NYU - Captivated & Electric Kiss

I mean I love all her performances but I'm a little confused at who's recommending these specific ones? Just off the top of my head Born This Way at Grammy 2011, Paparazzi at VMA 2009 (or the live piano acoustic version from Capital FM 2009), Superbowl 2017, Edge of Glory at Howard Stern, etc are usually the ones people start off with. Out of the songs you already did, Applause at VMA 2013 and Til it Happens to You at Oscars 2016 are the standout performances.
