I was 11 when D3 came out. As a child in school, bullying was very real, these films helped me overcome bullies and stand up for what I believed in. Bullying soon stopped and I have the mighty ducks to thank. Also, ice hockey isn't very popular in UK as it is USA but I took to my local ice rink at 14 years old and managed to be a part of the Telford tigers 2nd team. Those were the best years of my life. Being apart of a team who shared the passion. Even now, at 36 years old I still watch and love these films. So many memories and tears. Really wished they'd have done D4... could have been a story of the players going pro and joining the anaheim ducks 🤔 😍

I really had wished Banks would be superstar in the NHL. I am also disappointed that Bombay reverted back to being a grumpy stubborn piece of work . All in all, game chasers was an ok series for the 1st season. Can't say the same for the 2nd season.

The Mighty Ducks movies were a huge part of my childhood. Watched all of them multiple times. When Disney & Anaheim were awarded an NHL expansion team and named them after these movies, I was awestruck.

4:08 - I so love this part of the music. When Gordon Bombay sees his former team victorious against the odds once again. He now knows his former pupils have achived what they needed to grow further. As a kid i loved the first two and thought this was the weakest, now I'm older i can appreciate it fully and i think this is my favourite of the trilogy. Coach Orion teaching them how to play, Coach Bombay leaving them to a good man and he's done his job. Awesome!

I'd really like to see another one, where Charlie is grown-up this time, and has a kid who is into hockey, and the whole movie is about the son trying to connect with his father, and tries to live up to his famous father, and his father has no time for him, so Bombay comes in and they have a moment and Charlie does the skating around the ring thing like his coach did and comes back for his son and they connect and have a beautiful moment. The original cast could come back as well.
