Here we go, None of 21st players has a designated role. They won't keep their dribble long enough or even step up to get the ball to help their teammates. I see 3-4 knock down shooters only one willing to shoot....reason being he doesn't look the entire court to see his options and only throws long passes(this is something that's being done as a whole) the teams greatness should be grounded and have a foundation in one succeeds we all succeed. No one rebounds. Not even the leading rebounder from last year. One defense everyone is jumping and gambling. Also allowing way to many drives to the lane especially baseline and second chance basketball due to the lack of boxing out. Everyone is running down the floor before securing possession. Where is the discipline, accountability, togetherness, and having each others backs. One of the best players for 21st scores and its like they never scored before. This is what you do turn around dig in on defense get some stops and make plays for your team. And the on court awareness is lacking. Know where you are relative to your basketball and the opponents when on offense and defense respectively. I say this with sincerity to help them be the great team and individual players that they have the potential to be.
