100 mph is 100 mph in a challenger a Corolla a fuckin Prius. Like damn. I see a lot of v6s crashed too. If you can’t drive you can’t drive, no matter what car you’re in. These aren’t the only cars that crash that go fast. Go look at how many 4 cylinder cars crash. If you work and have the money/credit... you can buy whatever you want. If I get rear ended in a hellcat is that because I can’t handle it? If I’m turning and someone runs a red light, is that because the driver couldn’t handle it? You don’t even know the circumstances surrounding these cars to just assume they couldn’t handle them. Smh.

Reason most people wreck these muscle cars is, 95% of Americans born 1980s and later grew up driving low power front wheel drive crappy cars. Than they get into a RWD car That's running power that not too long ago was race car power. Even today the new cars traction control in a high-powered car is sketchy as hell. Sometimes they spin sometimes they don't. So thats unpredictability combined with inexperience equals what ur lookn at. Even skilled drivers can wreck these cars though.

Once upon a time 300 HP V8 was pretty damn fast and then 400 HP back then was considered insane power then. It’s why the sweet spot is really 200-350 HP.

Sweet spot...for the street. 400+whp was always a handful. They say take it to the track for this reason.
@bacchusthompson58343 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't say that. In the 60's and 70's, young teens & elders smashed up cars too doing the exact samething... Racing, showing off, and feeling like they were invincible. You just see a lot of Chargers and Challengers because it's the "Trend" setting vehicle of this new generation. Not too many 400+ WHP affordable and appealing vehicles for them to choose from. Think about it, you can get a new "SCAT PACK" for under $40k... Almost 500HP in a sedan or coupe, no other manufacturer is offering that. Only other one that was close was Chevrolet with the "SS", but it wasn't appealing (I hate Chevy, but I really liked the "SS" with the manual 6-speed) and it was $50k & only 415HP. You see it's no longer in production 🤷🏾♂️
