Islam sparring with Utman and Habib and being pushed beyond limits is a very scary thing and I do not see poirier having any chance particularly that Islam is also a lethal striker, remember how he Koed Glaycen Tibeau. Islam is one of the best champions UFC has had in recent years. It is like people try to drag him down for no reason at all. They accuse him for fighting 145ers only (Volk was best fighter in the world at that point) even though Islam agreed to fight Oliveira. Is it his fault that Oliveira had an injury? They say he is inactive, yet he is the most active champion right now. The UFC tries to reserve him for Abu Dhabi for his popularity there, is that his fault too?
