Really looking forward to seeing the final product. By request, mine arrived with stock plastic heel guards installed, and passenger pegs left in a box. Would be curious to know whether the $136 carbon guards are lighter (or heavier!) than the stock plastic guards, but I'd rather not be worrying about my boots scuffing the clearcoat on carbon farkles. Plastic clearly isn't as cool/pretty as carbon, but heel guards are just a wear item and (like chain guards) bordering on pointless anyway.

We got the plastic ones too, but carbon is always our choice over plastic.

The tank specs says it holds 3.17 gal of gas and gas weight is around 6 lbs a gal so your weigh in was 353 lbs-18 lbs=335 lbs dry weight give or take a couple of pounds. specs claim 329 curb weight but factory specs can b misleading. I like the rear brake reserve cage, heel guards, fuel cap and FE. Can’t wait to see what exhaust u put on…

I'm right there with you on the fuel cap and FE!

I ask again, don’t even remember how many times now, did you guys weigh the Panigale V4 ever? Or maybe weighed 650ib’s V4R at any point?
@MotomillionАй бұрын
Yes we did. Panigale V4X weighed in at 398lbs wet

Going to a single exhaust instead of the dual canister is an obvious way to save some weight. It’s baffling to me why Ducati put two on in the first place
